Terms

Aya is free to use. These terms cover the optional Aya Premium purchase. They sit alongside Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement on iPhone and Google Play's terms on Android.

What you can buy

Aya Premium unlocks voice capture, receipt and price-tag scanning, creating or joining new Circles, extra Personal books and Business books, grocery trips, widgets and every Aura colour. It is a one-time purchase: you pay once, with no subscription and no renewal. The price is shown in your local currency in the purchase screen before you buy. There is no free trial.

Premium stays unlocked for as long as Aya offers Premium, on every device signed in to the account you bought with.

Earlier subscriptions

Aya 1.0 also offered monthly and yearly subscriptions. They are no longer sold. If you bought one, it keeps renewing at the price shown when you bought it until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel on iPhone, open Settings, your name, Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Request a refund through your store's own refund process.

If Premium ends

Nothing you created is deleted or locked away. Your books, budgets, wallets and the Circles you are already in keep working, and you can always leave a Circle or export your data. Only new use of a Premium feature stops.
